Program areas at AtWork
Employment servicesatwork! Is a nationally recognized leader in employment services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, particularly for those with high support needs. Our unwavering belief that anyone can work has made us one of the top service providers in Washington state and our customized job matches ensure that equity and diversity are indeed, changing the face of employment. In fy 2022, Atwork! Served 427 people across king, snohomish, and spokane counties and 54 new people. We successfully had 97 job starts and increased our total business partners to 241.
Community inclusion:atwork! 's community inclusion services ensure that people with significant disabilities stay connected to their communities, regardless of employment status. These services are based in the community in which the person lives and are designed to support the goals and interests of the participants to develop skills, relationships, and connections, independently as possible. In fy 2022, Atwork! Served 56 people across king, snohomish, and spokane counties in community inclusion resulting in close to 300 community inclusion service hours.
