The Language Conservancy preserves endangered languages in the Americas and worldwide, believing all languages have a right to exist as a fundamental aspect of culture. They expand their language portfolio by operating in Alaska, Canada, and Australia. During summer, tlc holds multiple language institutes in different locations.

Program areas at The Language Conservancy

The Language Conservancy (tlc) added new languages with an expansion into Alaska, and tlc will soon be operating in canada and australia adding even more languages to our portfolio. Over The summer tlc conducts multiple summer Language institutes in different locations which included both teacher and general Language training. Tlc published over 20 new native Language textbooks and children's books, introduced new dictionaries and mobile aps, and held over 20 regional events for The native american languages that we serve.
