Affordable housing developmentnds strives to construct and rehabilitate affordable housing throughout northeast Ohio. This Development targets single family, multi-family, and senior housing throughout our service area.
Community developmentnds strives to promote community and economic Development through multi-discipline art and job-creation.
Homeownership preservation (grant consulting and implementation of housing rehab-grants)nds administers housing grants for several communities throughout northeast Ohio. Through the use of grant funds, nds works to provide affordable solutions to area homeowners to rehabilitate their homes, to help improve their quality of life, and improve the community's housing stock.
Revolving loan funds and other nds administers a revolving loan fund and Services the subsequent loans related to housing acquistion, community Development economic Development, and housing rehabilitation projects.other projectsvarious projects and program service activities are undertaken to further the organization's exempt purpose.
