Program areas at Hohme Team
We partnered with Hustle 2.0 to reduce crime, violence, and recidivism by equipping incarcerated people with the motivation, knowledge, and skills to transform their lives by changing their thoughts and behaviors. Their proprietary curriculum addresses criminogenic needs by bringing evidence-based, trauma-informed concepts to life through testimonials, case studies, art, and humor contributed by people with incarceration experience. Hustle 2.0 has program graduates at 376 corrections facilities across 47 states. Their programs have served 15,000+ people with criminal histories and produced recidivism rates of less than 10% since 2004.
We partnered with organizations to provide therapy support services to the hispanic community dealing with autism and other developmental delays. We were able to provide credentialed therapists to assess and treat children who otherwise couldn't afford care.
We partnered with local churches who are committed to sharing the love of Jesus in tangible ways, lifting up the marginalized, and advocating for the voiceless. We provided meals to the hungry, assisted impoverished single parents by providing sustainable solutions that help them thrive, and provided services for the homeless to build more stable, secure lives by providing meals, office work, and group projects.
