Guma' Mami

Hinanao-Ta and the Mary Clare Home (MCH) are transitional housing programs that support ten individuals in their mental health recovery process. Individuals that are supported in an effort to realize full transition into the community of their choosing. The Sagan Mami program is a community-based program that provides a resource and drop-in center for adults with serious mental illness who are homeless or at imminent risk for homelessness. During the year, participants were assisted with transportation to community services and activities, employment assistance/services peer mentorship training program. The program has a drop-in center where consumer can access the services and are provided a hot meal.
