De Pere Cultural Foundation, Inc. is establishing a Cultural center in De Pere, Wisconsin, which it will establish, sponsor, and manage programs that provide educational services and resources to the general public (the "project"). Construction of the project continued in 2022 with substantial completion expected in july, 2023.
