Carroll County Youth Service Bureau, Inc. is a private non-profit agency offering individual, group, and family mental health and substance abuse counseling as well as, information referral and crisis intervention. Counselors provide services for approximately 2,800 children, adolescents, adults and families annually at the main office, at a family's home, and in Carroll County public schools. In addition, many grant-funded programs are offered to the community as part of our continuum of services. Carroll County Youth Service Bureau, Inc. is a state licensed mental health clinic.
