Arc of the Ozarks provides resources and support for individuals with disabilities to become valued members of their community, including individualized supported living arrangements and specialized group homes. They also offer living facilities and other support programs for those with cognitive disabilities. Clients receive life skills training through education, and are served by the Arc's group homes and semi-independent apartment living arrangements in 17 southwest and western Missouri counties.

Program areas at Arc of the Ozarks

Clients who need residential care are served by the Arc's group homes and semi-independent apartment living arrangements in 17 southwest and western Missouri counties. Clients receive training in managing their lives in positive ways through education and training provided by the Arc. the Arc also provides community integration, supported employment (work crews and individual placement) and Arc staff serve as job coaches. Therapeutic recreation is provided by the Arc. On saturdays and during the summer weekdays the Arc's full-size gym and pool are humming with activities. the Arc of the Ozarks supports clients 24/7 365 days a year, helping them enjoy life to the fullest of their abilities.
