Youth Villages - Germaine Lawrence, Inc. has attained a successful discharge rate of 86% and an overall satisfaction rate of 93% from families served.the most restrictive level of care offered by the organization is the residential treament programs which provide treatment in a secured residential setting to the most seriously troubled Youth. All residential treament allows for educational, social, and recreational opportunities. Children are accepted into the residential programs when they are unable to be successful in their homes or in other placements such as foster care. Residential campuses are located in Tennessee and Massachusetts and serve children from many other states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Mississippi, new hampshire, north carolina, Texas, and the district of columbia. Payments for residential services are provided through contracts and/or through private insurance carriers as services are rendered.

The organization's intercept program provides intensive in-home services to Youth and their families to prevent the child from being placed out of the home. Intercept also works with families to remove barriers so that children can return home from placements such as hospitals, residential treatment centers, and foster care. Multisystemic therapy (mst) program also provides intensive treatment in the home utilizing the nationally recognized mst model. This model serves Youth presenting serious anti-social behaviors, often involving the juvenile justice systems, who are at high risk of placement out of the home.
