Workforce systems and programs - the organization plans, delivers, and administers a wide range of Workforce programs and services focused on continuing education, employment, and occupational training. Activities include, but are not limited to, fully operating a local Workforce system as well as leading individual and specific programs or projects in support of broader local goals, such as those under the Workforce investment act. In addition, the organization offers Workforce services to local businesses, such as outplacement, recruiting, and skill enhancement, either as an integrated part of a local system or a complementary effort matched to broader objectives.
Business Solutions - the organization offers consulting and various administrative services, typically to nonprofits and small businesses, in such areas as budget and finance support, executive search, and training around Workforce issues.
Re-entry - the organization leads a comprehensive effort, branded 'rebound', to connect inmates nearing release with Workforce services and support. The program offers learning and readiness activities pre-release (inside the correctional facility) as well as counseling, job development, training workshops, and referrals for social services upon release.
