The Hamilton Housing Development Company

The organization provides Housing and supportive social services at Hamilton house, a publicly assisted residence for low income older adults.the Hamilton house - The Hamilton is an apartment building on The upper west side of manhattan for 174 adults 62 years old and older. There are two licensed social workers in The building who provide services to The residents. Services include supportive counseling, groups, case management, entitlements such as food stamps, health insurance, coordinating home care after hospitalizations, arranging home care and housekeeping services.
