Sure Foundation Child Care inc. serves 50-70 children ages 3-12, five days a week from7'30 A.M. to 6.00 P.M. We provide anutntious breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Our children are cared for in a clean, safe, nurturing environment with a literature based philosophy Our children are exposed to public speaking and share therr creative talents at our annual CHRISTmas and graduation programs Sure Foundation Child Care Inc. was one of the first to receive National Accredidation under NAEYC’s new guidelines in 2007. The staff Parents and community come together for our annual May Day celebration. We celebrate the National Year ofthe Child Sure Foundation Child Care inc provides our children with a multicultural expenence. We contnbute to St. Jude's Children’s Hospital Sure Foundation Child Care Inc. was accepted as a candidate for the Quality Stars Program

Sure Foundation Child Care Center provides a scholarship to needy children. Our computer lab continues to be updated in each classroom Spanish as a second language is included in all our classes. The Department of Social Services provide workers who Need expenence “These workers are investigated and are cleared by NY state They add additional support to the children at our center. Grandparents also give “additional support. We have a functioning PTA organization We have a diverse population of children and expose them to multicultural facts and expenences. Avideo camera and alann system are installed at Sure Foundation Child Care Center for safety and security. They have been updated and are checked on a regular basis. Our fire equipment and alarm systems are also checked on a regular basis. We have monthly fire “dails and emergency evacuation dnils for all our children and staff. Our staff increases as our enroliment increases. Salanes increase “aocording the length of time our staff has been employed and as the center's operating funds increase. Staff members are allowed “accumulate comp. time to be used for personal emergencies. We have a non-discrminatory funng policy. Our after school program serves “children from ages 6-12. The after schoolers are served dinner. Tutoring 1s available and homework is Supervised, We offer dance, karate “and arts and crafts as extra cumcular activities. During the summer months Several trips are planned. We serve a large mnonty and “economically deficient population of children.
