See schedule o the 2020 year has been a year that has seen much success and productivity. We have seen a wide variety of projects, employee handbook updated, policy modifications and charter revisions. All of the committee charters were reviewed, and many changes implemented. We have seen the afc pool refinished, the greens renovated, the driving range tee box expanded and the practice putting green expanded and renovated. We've gone from curbside service at the restaurant to indoor and outdoor dining with a 50% reduction in seating capacity and increased sanitization as a result of covid-19. In spite of being compromised due to the expansive renovation, the golf course remained open throughout the green's renovation project. The number of rounds at the golf course increased dramatically once the new greens were opened. Decreases in revenue at these two venues are a direct result of renovations at the golf course and the impacts received from covid-19 mandatory restrictions imposed by governor executive orders.financially the Association continues to be in excellent condition. We are seeing homes selling quickly, once placed on the market. They are selling at a higher price per square foot which provides funds for future construction projects. The reserve fund is adequately funded, and the staff are dedicated to serving the residents and providing excellent customer service while maintaining the facilities in a manner that show pride in the Community.
