Discipleship training of church members - we train groups of 5-10 men and 5-10 women. Some groups are oral. Others are written. These church leaders start their own groups, who start their own groups, etc. Each group studies the Bible together, then shares Bible stories with others outside the group. In Mvolo and other places where church leaders are serving as missionaries, we estimate thousands have been impacted through the reproducing discipleship of the church leaders and generations of discipleship groups.
