Program areas at PCN

Child program services - services are provided through contracted agencies as well as directly provided by the organization. The organization contracts with multiple service agencies to provide behavioral health services for children, youth, and their families living in diverse communities throughout maricopa county. Agencies provide respectful, accessible, and sustainable home and community based treatment and rehabiliatation.
Integrated healthcare - the organization contracted with the regional behavioral health authority to develop a system of integrated healthcare for individuals and families receiving behavioral health services. The goal of integrated healthcare is to provide systematic coordination and integration of mental health, substance abuse, and primary care services and community supports to improve health outcomes for People with multiple healthcare needs.
Adult program services - the organization provides adult behavioral services at three clinics in phoenix, az under a contract with the regional behavioral health authority. The organization serves and supports adults in the context of their family, community, and those significantly involved in their lives, in a manner that is respectful and culturally responsive, by building on individual strengths, facilitating positive change and growth and creating opportunities for recovery and leading a life of value.
