PBS 39 Foundation Corporation exists to benefit and carry out the purposes of the Lehigh Valley Public Telecommunications Corporation. The Foundation encourages long-term financial support, manages and invests the funds contributed to it, and performs necessary functions for the benefit of the Lehigh Valley Public Telecommunications Corporation.
