Int'l Center for Addiction and Recovery Education and icare workforce solutions:continued to address the staggering impact of covid-19 in 2022. 49% of american workers show an increase in alcohol and other substance use due to multiple physical and mental stressors. In order to provide employers and employees with practical resources and early intervention solutions to support healthy choices in the midst of increased stress and uncertainty, icare continued to refine its digital presense and marketing to promote a new facilitator certification program in Addiction awareness with an optional module for human resource professionals resulting in multiple group Training contracts . As a Center of excellence (coe), icare is comprised of an accomplished leadership team, a shared platform, diverse approaches and modalities, relevant credentials, and best practices in workforce development through Addiction prevention and Recovery Education.
Net Training Institute - cengage learning:provided formal online Education for professional development and specialized certifications in the fields of Addiction, counseling, and Recovery support services; upgraded the learning management system to maintain 'ada' compliance and enable students and members to access curricula in an efficient and effective way; practiced ongoing quality improvement of all curricula to maintain licensure and all professional Training certification standards and continuing Education for various organizations and individuals seeking our specialized Training content; provided administration, full registrar functions, plus student support services to a diverse online student body from over 39 nations. The first priority of Net Institute is to "nurture, equip and train" oversee all operations, compliance and reporting, qualified for Training provider status with new organizations concerned about the ravages caused by Addiction.
Int'l association of professional Recovery coaches (iaprc):provided professional association services including: industry advocacy and updates, events, live and online Training in support of certification and recertification, access to industry thought leaders, live skill development groups, online resources, member networking, dedicated social media, access to experts in monthly forums, and a dirctory of certified members in good standing. Promoted the interests of professional Addiction focused coaches, mentors and facilitators in the fields of personal development, health and wellness, professional coaching, Addiction care, behavioral health, spiritual care, prevention, Recovery aftercare, and support services worldwide. Encouraged excellence in ethics, Education, standards, enhanced member benefits including access to new Addiction prevention credential due to escalating opioid crises, industry collaboration and community service.
