Description
National Association of Women in Construction - 121 Charlotte strengthens and amplifies the success of women in the construction industry through education, community, and advocacy. As an association committed to championing women, we impact the direction of the construction industry by providing multiple events during Women in Construction Week every year in March. Our chapter also serves our local community through our Block Kids event, which gives us the opportunity to share paths and scholarships available within the construction industry while reaching children within the community.
