Description
To create pathways to leadershipfor people of color, while helping community organizations become diverse, inclusive, and equitable. Our vision is an inclusive social sector where the leadership, innovation, and passion of diverse professionals is consciously valued, cultivated, and utilized. MIP helps nonprofit organizations build their capacity to identify, recruit, and retain people of color for board and staff leadership roles. MIP also trains people of color to serve on nonprofit boards.
