Program areas at Loyola Recovery Foundation
The bath va hospital detox unit is a medically supervised inpatient withdrawal service designed to provide safe withdrawal from alcohol, opiates, and/or benzodiazepines. The three main tasks of this level of care are to stabilize the patient medically, help the patient understand the need for continued treatment, and to provide an aftercare referral. The bath detox unit served 1,440 individuals during 2017.
In 2016 Loyola Recovery Foundation added an inpatient rehab unit and an outpatient rehab clinic. The inpatient unit is a structured and secure environment to develop and implement a treatment plan and to engage in individual and group counseling treatment. The outpatient unit also develops individual treatment plans, offers individual and group counseling, medication assisted treatment, walk-in evaluations and Recovery coach services. The inpatient unit, served 410 patients, and the outpatient clinic served 250 patients.
