"Public Awareness and Prevention" This programs reaches homeless or incarcerated individuals, intravenous drug users, re-entry populations, healthcare providers, case managers, counselors, those who are at risk for HIV/HCV co-infection, and the general public through a variety of presentations, conferences, health fairs, anti-body testing on site or remotely and other activities. On December 1, 2020, the Organization transferred this program to another service provider pursuant to a merger agreement.

Patient Navigation; The Organization answered numerous calls through our toll-free HelpLine and through a partnership with Help4Hep, provided guidance and linkage to care for persons who were antibody positive for the hepatitis C virus, and provided in-depth linkage to care for those with active HCV infection by describing additional diagnostics, identifying treating physicians, providing genotype testing, enrolling in Medicaid, and advocating on the patients behalf to insurance carriers and others.On December 1, 2020, the Organization transferred this program to another service provider pursuant to a merger agreement.
