During this time period, the organization made applications for contributions and membership fees. Throughout 2022, Clinical program guidance services were performed for five members and six non-members. There were minimal additional financial contributions. The organization provides expert guidance and input on pediatric Clinical development plans and pediatric Clinical Trials with the goal of improving the processes and accelerating the development of innovative products for the use in Children. Additionally, the organization also connects qualified Clinical (continued on schedule o) trial sites in our pediatric Clinical trial site network with Clinical Trials for a variety of biopharmaceutical sponsors. The organization utilizes its network of experts to convene working groups to tackle problems in pediatric Clinical development common across a variety of stakeholders, that otherwise would not be addressed in a precompetitive manner. In 2022, the organization developed, organized, and implemented a series of meetings culminating in a 2-webinar series held in 2023 focused on anti-bacterial drug development. Facilitating pediatric Clinical research in accordance with best practices and strategies to further scientific knowledge; assisting governmental agencies and governmental regulatory authorities in connection with meeting or fulfilling their goals and responsibilities related to pediatric research; and engaging in any lawful act or activity for which corporations may be organized under the Delaware general corporation law.
