Program areas at Greater Trenton CMHC

Outpatient services - services include individual, family, and group counseling. Psychiatric evaluations and medication management are provided for clients who are also receiving counseling through the outpatient program.
Residential intensive support team (rist) - assists adults hospitalized who need intensive support to reside independently. Services include identifying apartments, and ongoing support related to landlord/neighbor relationships, employment, linkage to services, illness management and recovery, and other supports to help consumers maintain housing.
Supportive housing - assists adults with serious and persisten mental illness, in finding and maintaining apartments. The program also provides support to chronically homeless individuals and families. Services include identifying apartments, assistance in obtaining subsidies and ongoing support services related to landlord/neighbor relationships, employement, skill development, linkage to services, illness management and recovery services and other supports enabling consumers to maintain housing.
