Communications: Friends of the Global Fight's communications program works to increase u.s. public awareness of the Global fund.
Lobbying: the organization works to ensure that the u.s. government continues to support the Global fund to Fight Aids, Tuberculosis, and Malaria and the Fight Against these three diseases around the world.
