Program areas at Ferncliff Manor

Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) - In September of 2016 FMI received the certification to open its first IRA. The IRA is a residential providing respite services, including healthcare and supervision, for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Specifically the agency is certified under home and community based services (HCBS) comprehensive waiver including Medicaid reimbursement for day, community, residential habilitation as well as assistive technology services.Recently FMI has been awarded the approval to open an additional three IRA's. Two IRAs were purchased and opened last year. One additional property has been purchased and we are in the process of renovating it. The anticipated opening of the new residence if May of 2023.
