FB4K Portland solicits and gathers donated bicycles through volunteers, refurbishes them and distributes them, along with safety equipment, to children who could otherwise not afford them. In 2019, we had 179 volunteers gather 535 bikes that were repaired and refurbished as needed, donating a total of 974 hours. Through our efforts in the Portland Metro area, we were able to help 415 children receive bikes.
