Senior community service employment program (scsep) - federal national direct grant: the scsep service matches the needs of low income individuals aged 55 and older with public and community based agencies to enhance participant job skills and employment prospects while providing essential community services. The scsep service is in furtherance of and substantially related to Experience Works' exempt purposes.

Retired and senior volunteer program (rsvp) - federal direct grant: Experience Works operated senior corp's retired senior and volunteer program (rsvp) in Florida, Maryland, Missouri, and Pennsylvania. This program provides the opportunity for people age 55 and older to share their time and talent in a wide variety of volunteer activities. Volunteers are provided pre-service orientation and training and can choose a location or community project, as well as the number of hours they wish to serve.
