Program areas at ERA
Conferences - meetings held to promote the Retailing industry, educate the public and to create a platform for members and non-members to do business. Meetings also afford attendees an opportunity to keep abreast of important industry developments.
Publications - era publishes a magazine that covers industry news and education. All content is relevent to the direct consumer marketing industry. The magazine is produced six times per year.
Government affairs - era works with the federal trade commission and other regulatory agencies, both to assist in setting industry standards and to voice the industry's opinions on various regulatory matters that affect the Electronic Retailing industry.
