Program areas at Devos Urban Leadership Initiative
The Devos Urban Leadership Initiative implemented a program to identify, train, and connect youth ministry leaders in Urban, inner-city communities. In 2022, 47 participants from louisville, ky; detroit, mi; Washington dc; san antonio, tx; and portland, or completed their 15-month program. The selection process was also completed for 57 participants from new york city, ny; orlando, fl; san diego, ca; fresno, ca; and cleveland, oh. The curriculum was delivered through in-person workshops and conferences to benefit persons in Leadership positions working with atrisk youth in their respective organizations and cities.
