The "Initiative" allocations to grantees are based on the local Community Development corporation's ability to provide services.
The organization entered into a one-year administrative services agreement with the North Carolina housing coalition, Inc. ("coalition"), another irc 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. The organization provides professional staffing to carry out the work of the coalition, supervise staff, expand funds received in accordance with coalition's annual budget, and provide fiscal services and related reporting, support staffing, physical space, telecommunication and it services, and other back office services as necessary and appropriate to support the effective functioning of the coalition.
