Activities:In its inter-connected & inseperable activities ,CTO forum focuses on 6 pillars of organizational growthCustomerStrategyCultureOper... and Technology in its newly launched six series program. It hosts several annual events & provides indepth exposure to the latest advances in IT,product development, emerging technologies & innovation strategies. Its goal is for participant to leave the forum with fresh ideas for acheiving their company goals & their own carrer objectives.CTO Forum launched six series program in 2021 in collaboration with various educators including the Harvard Business School professors and Standford University professors. This program is divided into several activities throughout the year. Here is a brief description of CTO Forums activities conducted in year 2022. A. Rethink Digital Six Series II. Module 1: RETHINK ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: This executive education program is first of its Six Series II. This EmTech Series was set to explore new technology frontiers and guide senior leaders on the journey of how to best leverage these transformative technologies to gain optimal success and winning results for businesses across industries. This module continued the journey of illuminating the tremendous opportunities that incumbent organizations have to drive greater operating efficiency, improved customer outcomes, and long-term competitive advantage through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in their core products and services. The goal of this conference was to delve deeper into successful AI/ML eco-systems: The architecture, design and deployment of the digital brain for every organization that can bring awareness, consciousness and advanced intelligence necessary to lead in the Digital Age. The program was conducted via Zoom Video Conference March 3&4,2022.B. Rethink Digital Six Series 2. Module 2: RETHINK IMMERSIVE TECHNOLOGIES. This module explored the techniques and mechanisms to feed and fuel the Digital Transformation Flywheel by taking advantage of the latest breakthroughs and best practices in leveraging emerging Immersive Technologies. The RETHINK IMMERSIVE TECHNOLOGIES module also examined intelligent new approaches to Spaces and Smart Places, the physical spaces outfitted with technologies that are rooted in AI, IoT, Automation, etcetera, in order to create intelligent and fully connected environments. The sessions concluded by examining how innovative new personalization and customization will further enable businesses to offer products and services specifically tailored to individual needs at an exact time when needed. The goal of this conference was to delve deeper into the requirements for these unique Immersive Technology eco-systems and explore successful breakthroughs. It was a two days program held via Zoom video conference. The program was successfully held May 5&6,2022C. Rethink Digital Six Series 2. Module 3: RETHINK COMPUTING. This module explored mechanisms that are helping to accelerate the Digital Transformation Flywheel through the latest breakthroughs and best practices for a series of emerging and growing computing technologies. While the benefits of Cloud Computing are multitudinous, allowing companies specifically to reduce overhead, take advantage of state-of-the-art security as well as to scale up or down their compute resources ad hoc. Edge Computing represents the opposite end of the spectrum, shifting specific processing from the cloud to the frontline interface. For example, an AI security camera uses computer vision to keep watch of all after-hours activity at a facility. Where 99-percent of the data gathered is imagery of empty corridors or rooms, if all is sent to the cloud for processing before it can be acted on, not only is bandwidth wasted but there will also be a delay when an exception is detected and an alarm must be raised. With the great proliferation of networks and computing, cybersecurity and cyber-resilience are even more critical for businesses as they seek to avoid and to mitigate damage from potentially crippling attacks. Service disruptions lead to a loss of trust between customers and providers so not only is a business damaged by the inability to conduct business, and further by the loss of trust, but they can be subjected to regulatory penalties. Every organization must now be vigilant, not only across their business but beyond the boundaries to business partners, cloud providers and even the edge. Rethink Computing topics included, Cloud and Edge Computing; 5G and Faster Smarter Networks; Metaverse & Extended Realities and Cybersecurity. This two-days program was successfully held, via Zoom, August 4&5, 2023 D. 2022 SUMMIT Rethink Digital Six Series 1. In 2022, CTO Forum continued RETHINK DIGITAL: Designing the Digital Transformation Flywheel. The Six Series a transformation tour de force led by faculty from top universities and distinguished industry leaders. Each of the six integrated modules focused on one facet of digital transformation: customers, strategy, culture, operations, data, and technology. Faculty guided members in an examination of successful and failed transformation using the case methodology. The 2022 Summit took place in San Francisco, California and dug deeper into the initial core series to refresh and fine tune our Digital Transformation Flywheel template. CTO Forum revisited the Rethink Customers, Rethink Strategy, Rethink Culture, Rethink Operations, Rethink Data And Rethink Technology. This two days program was successfully held at The St. Regis Hotel San Francisco, California October 27&28, 2022. E.
