Charles T Sitrin Health Care Center

The Charles T. Sitrin Health Care center's inpatient program consists of skilled nursing, post acute rehabilitation, neurological Care & respite Care. During 2022, there were over 507 admissions to these programs. Overall occupancy for 2022 was 89%. There continues to be overwhelming patient satisfaction with the long term Care houses, neurocare unit and all private rooms on the post acute rehab unit.

The Charles T. Sitrin Health Care center's adult day Care program offers participants a comprehensive package of medical Care, including therapy & dental, and combines it with recreational activities and social services while allowing participants to return to their home for the evening. Sitrin provides round trip, door-to-door, transportation with handicapped accessible vehicles. Total visits for 2022 to the program was 7,735. In 2014, social adult day Care was added. Total visits for 2022 to this program were 37.

The Charles T. Sitrin Health Care center's comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility/diagnostic & treatment center served thousands of patients during 2022. A wide range of services were provided including physical therapy, occupational therapy, dental, and a few specialty doctor clinics. The multidisciplinary team approach at Sitrin addresses the patients physical and emotional needs to ensure better outcomes. The overall total number of visits was 11,597.
