Program areas at CCEO
The organization's YouthBuild program offers the following to all of its participants: 1) leadership and life skills training, 2) educational services and curriculum to attain their high school diploma and prepare them for post-secondary education, 3) counseling, case management, and mentoring services to assist all participants with overcoming their respective barriers and assist them with goal setting and goal implementation, 4) pre-apprenticeship construction training to provide skills to rebuild their communities, and 5) job readiness and workplace skills to build employability skills and a strong work ethic.
