Program areas at CADT

Detoxification unit/withdrawal management unit (pathfinder): the Center operated a 40-bed Alcohol, opioid, and Drug detoxification unit. The unit ensures the patient is on a stable dose before moving to other services. In 2022, detox delivered 49 assessments, with 2,148 days of service and withdrawal management delivered 433 assessments, with 7,193 days of service.
Medication assisted Treatment: the Center offers outpatient medication assisted Treatment to patients addicted to opioid drugs. In addition to administering medication, the medication assisted Treatment clinic also provides patients with comprehensive rehabilitation services, either onsite or through referrals to other Center programs and/or community services. 780 assessments and 173,589 doses were delivered in 2022.
Residential Treatment: the Center operated three (3) gender specific residential medium intensity Treatment houses dedicated to the continuing care and rehabilitation of chemically dependent persons who live in the houses for a period of adjustment before returning to employment and normal life in the community. Howard friese lakeside house is a 14 bed house, howard friese hillside house is a 24 bed house; and marty mann house is a 12 bed female house. 13,620 days of service were provided in 2022 in all 3 programs.
Other program services: the Center provides additional program services including assessment, outpatient gambling Treatment and other contracted services.
Outpatient Treatment: the Center provides outpatient counseling, Treatment, and aftercare services to people with substance use disorders. This level of service may be a continuation of Treatment for clients leaving long-term residential Treatment or the beginning of Treatment for clients not requiring the residential component, this includes obot services. The Center provided 292 hours of 1:1 sessions, 6,822 hours of intensive group Treatment and 523 obot visits.
