CanCare trains cancer survivor volunteers to provide one-on-one support and encouragement to cancer patients and their caregivers. CanCare envisions a world where no one faces cancer alone and provides hope and healing for the cancer community by ensuring that anyone facing cancer can have a survivor by their side. In 2022, CanCare matched 1,411 patients and caregivers with a survivor by their side and conducted 10,783 in-person visits with healthcare partners. CanCare volunteers proactively serve our cancer community.
