Internationally:aims understands that the "big missions picture" is training and mobilization of national movements. It can not be over emphasized that aims is committed to long term relationships with our national partners who receive aims training and materials. Aims has a multi-tiered approach in the process, with the ultimate goal of bringing into full maturity and self sustainability those with whom we partner and work. Ethiopia, for example, has received aims training over a period of 20+ years. That country's national Mission force moved from 0 missionaries to now over 2,000. Aims has seen this type of exponential growth happen all over the world.
Church services:aims has always held the position that the church is the instrument through which the lord primarily works. Therefore, aims partners with individual churches, denominations and fellowships to offer our motivational and inspirational seminars and training to help local congregations reach their biblical Mission goals. We stand along side pastors to help them facilitate their Mission's vision and strategy. All of the aims materials are listed on www.aims.org
