Readiness Basket a bilingual (English/Spanish) training, is an exciting interactive parent and child learning workshop series offered through selected AZ schools, community sites, and Family Resource Centers. The program is offered to parents,caregivers and their young children ages 0 5. During the series of 11 two hour instructional sessions, parents discuss issues vital to parenting, brain development, the importance of play, discipline techniques and school readiness.
Helios Helios has supported the education-related work of Valley of the Sun United Way (VSUW) and invested in the transformative power of education.
Valley of the Sun United Way (July 2019-June 2020) Breaking the cycle of poverty for every child, individual, and family in Maricopa County.
Includes expenses of programs: VSUW Covid Grant Spencer Foundation, Phoenix Day, Ninas Preschool and Luthern Social Services
