Establish, maintain and operate facilities to guide, educate and train persons, regardless of race, color, religious creed, or nationality or ancestry, who are developmentally disabled and/or physically handicapped, insofar as is practicable to become productive citizens, capable of performing useful services and thereby be self-supporting, and to minister to the spiritual needs of developmentally disabled and/or physically handicapped persons, and to perform all charitable, corporal, and spiritual works of mercy. The Center served approximately55 clients from brother james court during fiscal year 2022. Clients from other residential providers remained home due to covid restrictions.
