Technology consulting and outreachfor the past 17 years, 501ctech has helped thousands of nonprofits make the best use of technology to better serve the community. We partner with clients to provide solutions tailored to fit their unique requirements and limited budgets through services like technology assessments and planning, managed it, cloud migration, and salesforce customization. Our goal is to remove the worry and strengthen their infrastructure so their operations and programs - from fundraising to service delivery to volunteer management and beyond - can run more effectively and efficiently.
Technology innovation awards. Since 2003, the 501ctech technology innovation awards celebrated the power of technology to change lives. Specifically, the awards honor three dc-area nonprofits that submit the best ideas for tech innovation projects in each of the following cause categories: 1. Prek-12 and stem education2. Skills to succeed and workforce development3. Veterans and military familiesa panel of judges, made up of technology leaders from across the greater dc area, meet together and decide the winners. Each winner, one from each category, receives $7,500 cash and a technology consultation from 501ctech.
Small nonprofit transformation initiative: the small nonprofit transformation initiative (snti) upgrades the technology infrastructure of organizations with budgets of $1m or less east of the river in Washington dc. We help up to 6 organizations per year create a more cost-effective and sustainable technology infrastructure by conducting a strategic assessment of their technology needs, implementing key recommendations, and providing one year of it support at a subsidized monthly fixed rate.technology intervention:our e*trade-funded technology intervention for community change program provides technology assessments and rehabilitation upgrades for up to 10 affordable housing, homelessness, and community services nonprofits across dc, Maryland and Virginia.
