During fiscal year 2022, The Ohio University Foundation provided $17.3 million in support for instruction and research, $9.4 million in student aid, and $10.3 million in support of other academic initiatives. Ohio's premier scholarship programs include The Appalachian Scholar Program, The Urban Scholars Program, The Cutler Scholars Program, and many more need and merit-based scholarships. Significant gifts were received during fiscal year 2022 for the colleges of arts and sciences, business, engineering and osteopathic medicine, as well as for student financial aid, intercollegiate athletics and many other areas.
