Program areas at SFLA
Outreach and AwarenessStudents for Life of America is the "One-Stop Shop" for any student pro-lifer. SFLA provides students, no matter what age, with the training and resources they need to be successful, providing free postcards, outreach materials, events in a box, fliers for campus outreach, and campus display tours. One specific program SFLA offers to student groups is our "Pregnant on Campus Initiative", which walks groups step-by-step in how to bring tangible support to pregnant and parenting students on campus.
Campus ToursThe SFLA Campus Tours are an exclusive opportunity for activism with individual students for Life Groups. Each regional coordinator is required to bring campus tour displays to universities and colleges in their regions, both in the fall and spring semesters. The Campus Tours provide in-depth training to the SFL groups and equip them on the most pressing issues for millennials regarding abortion. Each Campus Tour comes with one-on-one group training, national and local media press releases, 5-6 display panels, postcards, and the regional coordinator presence with the SFL group at the display. Campus Tours improve the quality of SFL groups through equipping and working with them one-on-one to engage their campuses in a direct manner.
Field ResourcesThe SFLA Field Program is what truly sets SFLA apart from all prolife organizations across America. We believe that not only do we need to be engaging students where they are at but also that we need to track and measure our progress. This is why the field program consists of fulltime SFLA Regional Coordinators working in regions across the nation to start and improve prolife groups on college and high school campuses.
