Field shepherding program. Men and women of Standing Stone's "shepherd" team provide a full range of biblical guidance to ministry leaders and their spouses in their city and region through ongoing trusted relationships to navigate crises, help prevent them, and increase the leader's health so their Ministries flourish. Ministry leaders receive this service free of charge.
Members of Standing Stone's mentoring team retreat shepherds lead 7 day retreats for ministry couples. One mentor couple hosts one ministry couple in a vacation home, guiding them through relationship building, goal setting, and leadership development exercises.
