Supportive housing - housing resource center:the housing resource center (hrc) provides coordinated entry assessment, prioritization and program referral to individuals and families who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness, rapid rehousing, homeless prevention, permanent supportive housing, mental health Counseling, and supportive services. In fy2022, approximately 5,463 clients were served and approximately 24,638 services were provided.
Adult outpatient:adult outpatient services provides psychiatric services, mental health Counseling, bilingual and bi-cultural services for hispanic persons, case management, integrated health services, health and wellness programs, supported employment services, advocacy and support services, to help individuals move to self-reliance and well being. In fy2022, approximately 1,636 clients were served and approximately 37,046 services were provided.
Children, youth, and families:school based servicesthe school success initiative (ssi) of Southwest Solutions sws provides strength-based prevention and behavioral health services to students in an educational setting. In addition, services include providing resources, psychoeducation/training on mental health related topics for parents and school faculty. In fy2022, approximately 1,720 clients were served and 530 services were provided. Programs that provide services to help children, youth, and families understand they are not defined by the emotional and behavioral issues that bring them to seek our services. In fy2022, approximately 571 clients were served and approximately 14,956 services were provided.
