RCC leverages its extensive experience working with innovative cities to help communities recover and grow in the face of sudden shocks and chronic stresses. Founded in 2019 by members of the 100 Resilient Cities leadership team, RCC is building on the pioneering legacy of its predecessor in partnership with a community of urban resilience actors.
