Title iiic-1 and iiic-2 nutrition programs: congregate and home delivered meals, including nsip, to seniors aged 60 and older.
Title iii-b administration, title viia and elder abuse prevention: provides transportation, outreach, personal care, case coordination and support, chore, legal assistance, home repair, assistance to the deaf, long-term care ombudsman, senior center staffing, program development, disease prevention/health promotion, health screening, senior center operations, information and assistance, care transitions, medication management, assistive devices, and elder abuse prevention for seniors aged 60 and older.
