Provided residential-based support services in 7 different residences for developmentally disabled adults. Operated an intermediate care facility, providing services to 15 individuals with intellectual disabilities and at least one other disability. Advocated for individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the commonwealth of Virginia's medicaid waiver redesign. Provided day support, community support, in-home supervision, and supported employment services to approximately 125 individuals.
