Park County Search and Rescue shares the philosophy of state and national SAR organizations that we do not charge for rescue. PCSAR is the most highly qualified local operation with volunteer professionals who serve as first responders to 911 calls originating from the 14ers, local trails, wilderness and climbing areas throughout our our sparsely populated county.
