Program areas at NH Health Center
The Clinic provided Comprehensive and preventive Care through medical, dental, vision, pharmaceutical, and behavioral Health services for children, youth, adults and seniors. The Clinic also provided enabling services such as benefit enrollment and transportation assistance. Approximately 13,000 patients chose Nhan Hoa Clinic as their medical home for an approximate total of 47,500 encounters in fiscal year 2023. We are also ranked as the top 10% (gold level) in quality with the Health resources and services administration (hrsa). We continue our outreach efforts to further increase the number of covid-19 vaccinations in order to curb the pandemic.
