The organization's flagship programs are called champions clubs. Summer camps: New York Edge offers summer camp programs to low income children free of charge. Similar to after school programs, summer camps offer programming in academic, athletic, and artistic disciplines all built around an interdisciplinary theme. These programs help prevent summer learning loss. These summer camp programs operate in july and august each year and range from 4 to 7 weeks, and open 4 to 5 days per week.
