Education - provide education to the community (pdx, swv, wa and rhos) on the laws and operating environment of Multifamily rental industry.
Ace awards - recognize those contributing to the industry in a positive manner and raise positive awareness of what the industry provides to the community.
Trade show - provide awareness of services available to the Multifamily Housing industry and provide education on the latest developments in the industry (spectrum and maintenance fair).
Lunch seminars - educate persons on a monthly basis on changes and opportunities available in the industry.
Charity golf tournament - golf tournaments benefiting three Housing charities in the portland Metro area and one in the southern willamette valley.
